You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide any reason.

• Clearly indicate your order number and the products to be returned

• The product must be returned intact, unused, and in its original packaging

• There must be no signs of wear, damage, or tampering

• Customized or made-to-order products are non-refundable (according to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code)

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• We will provide the correct return address once we receive your request

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service: Janua Artis is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return transit

4. Refund

Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will issue a refund within 14 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of an error or defect on our part.
