This site is operated by Janua Artis. Any reference to "we", "our", or "seller" refers to Janua Artis. By using this site or placing an order, you accept these Terms of Service.
We sell products worldwide, subject to any limitations indicated during checkout.
The official reference language is Italian. While some parts of the site, including legal notices, may be automatically translated by Shopify or translation apps, in case of discrepancies, the Italian version shall prevail.
2. Contract Conclusion
The purchase of products on www.januartis.com constitutes a distance contract under Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and Legislative Decree 70/2003 (E-commerce).
The contract is considered concluded when you receive the order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, if applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before payment. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Shopify Payments).
Full payment is required before products are shipped.
4. Shipping
We ship worldwide, unless otherwise specified on the product page or at checkout. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Liability and Warranties
We do our best to accurately describe our products. However, slight differences in colors or details may occur due to the devices used. Customized products are non-refundable unless defective.
Janua Artis' liability for any damage is limited to the price of the purchased product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. User Accounts
You do not need to create an account to make purchases, but if you do, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Janua Artis may suspend or delete accounts that are inactive or violate these terms.
7. Privacy Policy (GDPR)
In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), we inform you that we collect and process personal data solely to fulfill orders, manage shipments, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
